Lets go across the aisle

I enjoyed Obama's speech to the DC press corp last Saturday. It was very entertaining. You know, agree or disagree with his politics, you got to admire him taking the bull by the horns and at least trying things. To be honest, there is no model for what is happening now. Who knows when and where it will end? One thing we do know, is that when it does end, life as we know it will be different. We have lost too much in terms of our manufacturing and heavy industry. The housing industry? Not sure they will need to build new homes for years. The auto industry will cease to exist in it's present form. Way too much wealth has been lost. Not sure we will get it back.
